Meet The Team
Dan Arnold
Managing Director
Over 35 years experience in general pest control and 15 years carrying out Falconry,
Dan started his working life as a mobile technician in the automotive industry, then onto to become a warehouse supervisor and specialist customer liaison for a fulfilment company, then a mobile and static plant operator and maintenance officer, followed by a wood working machine shop manager ,
Dan finally settled in the Pest control industry full time as a Falconer and changed a passion into a career, gaining multiple qualifications in the industry over the years including RSPH level 2 qualifications.
So what started as a hobby eventually became reality meaning he has a deep routed passion for the work being done, and diverse skill set earned in many different industries making all challenges welcomed.
Caroline Arnold
Admin
Previously working as a manager for a multi million pound Fulfilment company Caroline was in charge of the day to day running of the company, later on she worked for a local school in multiple rolls, she now has taken the roll of Admin support for the business to assist with scheduling, stock rotations, safety report documents and animal welfare for the birds of prey.
Caroline is proving herself a key element in the smooth running of the business.
Jessica Arnold
Junior assistant
Jessica has grown up around the birds of prey and has for many years enjoyed flying them, now at an age she can work part time, she has been keen to get more involved in the business taking every opportunity to learn more about the pest control side.
Jessica is currently studying for her GCSE's but still shows a great commitment to taking part in projects as and when time restraints allow.
Michael Shorten
MYKI SERVICES
Michael has been working closely with the business as a sub contractor since April 2023,
Coming from the fire safety industry and with a strong passion for motor mechanics.
Michael brings an additional aspect to the business with his main focus being on the property maintenance.
The diverse skill sets of both Michael and Dan have proven to be of great benefit, making customer requirements being seen through from survey to completion by this multi experienced team.
